Maximize Your Car Rental Experience

Many people who come to Orthodox Auto Company to rent a car weren’t planning on needing one. Perhaps they were recently in a car accident, or the trusty ol’ truck was suddenly not so trusty anymore. Whether you come to us for an insurance car rental or just because you’re visiting Philadelphia, here are a few tips to help you make the most of your rental experience.

1. Make reservations as soon as possible.

To make sure you get the car you need at the best price, we recommend that you don’t delay in making your reservation. We take last-minute rentals or walk-ins, but your best bet is to rent a car the moment you know you need one. You can do that by calling us at (215) 332-3520.

2. Don’t rent more car than you need.

The general rule with rental cars is that the “more car” you rent (whether that’s more space, luxury, amenities, and so on), the more you pay. To keep your rental costs affordable, don’t rent above and beyond what you really need.

3. Consider your activities.

Before you rent a car, make sure it has everything you need for what you’ll be doing. For example, you may have planned to rent an economy car but forgot that you have to do soccer team carpool later that week. Squeezing all those kids in the backseat of a Kia Rio may be more than challenging. Instead, look at your calendar, and consider who you’ll be driving around before you make your final reservation.

These three tips should help your car rental experience be the best it possibly can be. If you have additional questions about our rentals or want information on our cash car rental program, don’t hesitate to contact us anytime at (215) 332-3520. Our staff will be glad to help you out and find just the right car rental for your needs.
