Philadelphia’s Please Touch Museum

Local or visiting families will want to visit the Please Touch Children’s Museum of Philadelphia. Unlike a traditional museum that keeps displays under lock and key, the Please Touch Museum celebrates interactive discovery. Orthodox Auto Company encourages its car rental customers to consider what all the museum has to offer.

The Please Touch Children’s Museum has two full stories of exhibits, including City Capers, Flight Fantasy, River Adventures, and more. Each zone has displays that involve visitors, whether through hands-on play or sensory experiences. The exhibits are great for kids of all ages to enjoy.

Additionally, the Please Touch Museum of Philadelphia also features the Please Touch Playhouse Theatre. Each live performance aims to educate, involve, and entertain kids. You can check out the Please Touch Museum website for current and upcoming shows at the theatre.

Music and art is also celebrated at the museum. Kids can take part in creating their own artwork, or participate in regular art education programming. You can also catch a variety of music and dance performances. All music and art programming aims to educate through a play-learning interactive experience.

Philadelphia’s Please Touch Museum is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays. Note that the museum hours may be adjusted on days surrounding a major holiday, and the museum is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas days. Admission is $17 for both adults and kids; infants under age one do not have to pay admission.
