The combination market and café provides a unique atmosphere reminiscent of a traditional outdoor market in Europe, but located in a modern indoor space in Philadelphia.

You'll find Garces Trading Company at 1111 Locust Street in Philadelphia’s Washington Square West neighborhood.


You can visit Garces Trading Company from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.


Market


In the market area, you can shop for house-made and imported foods under the Garces Trading Company label and purchase items in the onsite cheese shop, bakery, and flower shop. A special feature within Garces Trading Company is the Pennsylvania Liquor and Control Board's first wine boutique, where you'll find a selection of over 200 red, white, and sparkling wines and fine spirits.


Café


At the café, you can enjoy daily lunch, dinner, and dessert, as well as brunch on Saturday and Sunday. The menu reflects Chef Garces' Spanish cooking heritage and incorporates French and Italian cuisine as well. You can enjoy cheese and charcuterie boards, soups, salads, sandwiches, pizza, pasta, and meat and fish entrées. Signature dishes at Garces Trading Company include the Chicago-style deep dish pizza pies, paella Valenciana, and classic Cuban sandwich.
